Deposits and Payments

A deposit of $250 is required to schedule an in-home visit. This deposit will be applied toward your final shower cost. Full payment for services must be made according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your in-home visit, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the $250 deposit.

Warranties and Liability

ReFresh offers warranties on the services provided. Warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. ReFresh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia, where ReFresh operates.
